Cauliflower curry

I used to cook the cauliflower with the spices and water till it was soft; this method took longer and didn't taste as much. My aunt told me that there are small bugs that are not always visible in the cauliflower and to boil the cauliflower before cooking it, so taking her advice as made the curry more tastier and easier to cook.

2 cups cauliflower florets
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp onion
1/2 tsp garlic ginger paste
1 green chillie
1 tbsp tomato
1/2 tsp chillie powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp coconut milk, yogurt or cream
1/2 tsp lemon juice optional
water to boil the cauliflower

Cut cauliflower into small florets, then boil cauliflower with salt, drain the water and keep a side.
Heat 1 tbsp oil add mustard seeds then onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillie and tomatoes. Add the cauliflower put all the spices and cook covered till the spices blend then add the milk and off the cooker. Add lemon juice.
