This mushroom curry can be cooked with any type of pepper, it can also be cooked with vegetables like peas and fried tofu or paneer.
1/2 cup pepper sliced
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp tomato
1 tbsp onion
1 tsp curry leaves chopped optional
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 to 1/2 tsp chillie powder
1/8 tsp garam masala
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp coconut milk powder optional
Heat oil saute onions and curry leaves, add ginger garlic paste then add the mushrooms. Add the spices and tomatoes mix and cook till the mushroom is cooked. Add peppers and cook further till the peppers are done to taste. Add the coconut milk powder if using and mix. Serve hot as a side dish.
