1 cup bean sprouts
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds optional
2 tbsp onion
1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
curry leaves
1 tbsp coconut
1/4 tsp chillie flakes
pinch turmeric
pinch garam masala
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp maldive fish optional
Heat oil add mustard seeds and saute onions, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste. Stir fry bean sprouts, spices and coconut. Remove from heat, serve with rice and curries.

Oh, this sounds great! I've had some curry leaves in my freezer and i have no clue how to use them!

This one almost looks like urap or anyang in Indonesia. But, the difference we don't stir fry the sprouts.
