2 cups of beef with bones
1 tbsp barley
1 bay leaf
1 onion
2 tbsp parsley
1 carrot
1 celery stick
3 cups water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Put all the ingredients and pressure cooker on medium heat for about 10 minutes till the meat and barley are cooked. When the pressure cooker is cool, serve the soup hot.
