Blackberries served with a sprinkle of store bought chaat masala.
Chaat masala is a combination of salt, black salt, red chillie, black pepper, cumin seeds, mango powder, sugar, ginger, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and asafoetida.

ReplyDeleteI've never thought about spicing up berries before. I've done the cherries and the strawberries with vingear...but never done berries with spices. Now that I'm reading it, it makes perfect sense..sweet and spicy! I love that combo. Looks and sounds delicious!
