1 pomegranate
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
sugar to taste
2 tsp orange flower water
fresh mint sprigs for garnish optional
Remove the seeds from the pomegranate without the white pith. In a blender puree the pomegranate with the water, then strain using a fine sieve. Press the puree to extract as much liquid as possible. Transfer to a container and add the orange juice, sugar and orange flower water. Serve with ice cubes and garnish with mint sprig.

ReplyDeleteI tried blending pomegranate seeds in Vita mix but the juice turned light pink. How come mine did not turn as pretty as yours?
ReplyDeleteThank you Balvinder for letting me know.
DeleteI didn't use vita mix in my juice I think that could be the reason. If you used the same amount of the ingredients then it will turn out to be this colour. I used red ripe pomegranate. Hope you will give another try it is a delicious drink.
