1 lb beef or chicken liver
1/2 tbsp chillie powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp salt
oil to fry
oil to fry
Cut the chicken or beef liver into small cube like pieces after washing it. Marinate the cut pieces with chillie powder, turmeric and salt.
I keep the marinated meat for more than a couple of hours in the fridge before deep frying it in hot oil until the liver is fully cooked and brown.

ReplyDeleteI love chicken liver (never had beef before, but I'd imagine it'd be equally as good!), but I've never had it fried!! This looks amazingly delicious though- need to give it a try some day!
