Hampton Creek Mayo has a wonderful smooth texture, perfect to add in a variety of recipes or use it as a delicious spread. This cholesterol free, affordable mayo has become our favourite in a variety of sandwiches. Hampton Creek Mayo is wonderful for people with soy and egg allergies, as it is egg free; we don't have to worry about salmonella risk. I like that the unique Hampton Creek Mayo flavours; Chipotle, Sriracha, and Garlic is available in squeeze bottles because it is easy to use.
This easy to make, delicious Egg Sandwich is our favourite. You will need...
Boiled, peeled, and grated eggs
Sriracha Hampton Creek Mayo to taste
Coriander or parsley chopped
Mix the ingredients and make a paste, then apply on your favourite sandwich bread and enjoy. These are perfect to serve as a meal, snack, or as party food.
Here is a Chocolate cake recipe from Just Mayo that I am looking forward to try.
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups Just Mayo
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350F and grease two 9" baking pans. Combine all the dry ingredients and stir in Just Mayo.
Gradually add water and vanilla, blend until smooth and pour the batter in to prepared cake pans.
Bake for 30 minutes, and remove the cake from the oven and let it cool on a rack before removing the cake from the pan. Once it cool completely frost the cake.

ReplyDeleteThe Mayo itself is egg free so there is no worries of salmonella if it was kept out a little longer or for people with egg allergies etc
