We enjoyed making a variety of desserts with the MagicalButter compound dark and milk chocolate. This creamy Belgian Chocolate has ethically traded ingredients, and it is made in the USA.
Using this easy to melt chocolate we can make a variety of different desserts and treats - perfect to use for chocolate moulding, dipping fruits and cookies, for ganache, and more. The chocolates are free of preservatives, hydrogenated oils, peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, and egg making it celiac safe. We like that this chocolate can be easily melted in the microwave.

We also experimented with the MagicalButter MB2e machine, which is a countertop botanical extractor. Using the machine, we made this Teriyaki Sauce. The recipe for this sauce is from their website.
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp ground ginger
Place all the ingredients inside the machine and secure the lid. Then press the Temperature button to select 130F and press the 1 hour/oil button. When the cycle is complete off the machine.
We can strain the sauce with the purifier filter that comes with the machine. However, we chose not to strain this sauce and it tasted delicious tossed in with the stir fried beef and broccoli served along rice. The only downside is that the machine takes a minimum of an hour to make this sauce, as it uses a set temperature and goes through a cycle. It is easy to clean the machine with soap and water.
If you are interested in checking out how you can use this machine to make butters, oil, tinctures, and more check their website and purchase it online.
