Pinkberry Frozen Yogurt Has Arrived in Ontario
Pinkberry, the world famous frozen yogurt brand that originated in Los Angeles, California is now open at Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga, in partnership with the Maida family of Northern Cultures Inc. We enjoyed tasting the different flavours of Frozen Yogurt at Pinkberry, which is known for its fresh, pure, tasty frozen yogurt served with variety of toppings, and freshly cut fruits.
North Indian Meal: Rice, Tandoori Chicken, Dal and Raita
I tried and enjoyed using four North Indian spices blends from Jaswant's Kitchen to prepare this meal. The blends are made with 100% natural ingredients. We can make delicious Indian meals without buying a variety of spices using the spice blends from Jaswant's Kitchen and following the recipes on their site. These blends make cooking Indian meals easy for those new to Indian cuisine.
Delicious Cheesecake From The Greek Yogurt Cookbook
The Greek Yogurt Cookbook by Lauren Kelly has over 125 nutritious recipes. Although, my family and I enjoy yogurt we barely eat it on its own. However, I find when I incorporate yogurt into our food such as in desserts or savoury dishes it gets eaten. Greek yogurts are different from traditional yogurt because it goes through an extra straining process that removes excess sugars and liquids. Some historians think yogurt was found accidentally far back as 9000BC when milk was stored in warm climates and it fermented resulting in yogurt.
Raspberry frozen yogurt
1 cup yogurt *
1 cup raspberry homemade puree **
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar to taste
When it is cold the amount of sweetness will be less so add a little more sugar according to taste.

Combine all the ingredients well using a whisk or hand mixer then pour into the freezer bowl. Freezer bowl needs to be frozen before making the yogurt.
Switch the ice cream yogurt maker on and let it thicken for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve or put in an air tight container and place in the freezer.
* can use vanilla flavoured yogurt
2 cups raspberry
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2" vanilla bean
In medium heat put all the ingredients and cook till raspberries are soft. Let it cool and put into a jar and leave in the fridge. Can be used as jam or for ice cream.
